Kwara strengthens security collaboration to tackle illegal migration, trafficking
The Kwara State Government has announced plans to deepen collaboration with security agencies, including the Nigeria Immigration Service, to improve border surveillance and combat illegal migration and human trafficking. The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in the state, Ibrahim Sulyman, said the move is part of efforts by the state task force to address insecurity and strengthen measures against trafficking ahead of the 2026 World Day Against Human Trafficking.
