NNPC GCEO Says Reopening Port Harcourt Refinery Was a Waste of Resources

Bayo Ojulari has described the reopening of the Port Harcourt Refinery and Petrochemical Company as a waste of resources, citing the national oil company’s inability to operate refineries profitably, leading to the decision to shut it down to prevent further financial drain.
