Tinubu Approves Recruitment of 1,000 Plateau Youths as Forest Guards to Boost Security

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the recruitment of 1,000 youths from Plateau State as forest guards to strengthen security across the state. The approval was announced on Tuesday by Vice President Kashim Shettima as he stated that the recruitment is aimed at improving safety in rural communities, particularly areas affected by recurring clashes between farmers and herders.
