Kwara College of Education, Bode Saadu Community Sign MoU on Outreach Centre

The Bode Saadu Outreach Centre of the Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin, was formally sealed on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the College and the Bode Saadu community.
The Bode Saadu delegation, led by the District Head of Bode Saadu, Lanwa, and Jebba, Alhaji Aliyu Olarongbe Gambari, commended the College for its commitment to community development and pledged support for the success of the centre.
The management of the College, headed by the Provost, Dr. Ayinde Shehu Jawondo, received the delegation and reiterated the institution’s readiness to sustain the partnership. The MoU was signed on behalf of the Bode Saadu community by the District Head and the Study Centre Manager, Mallam AbdulKadri Jimoh, while the Provost and Registrar, Mr. Yakubu Muhammed, signed on behalf of the College.
The Director of the Directorate of Continuing Education, Dr. AbdulGaniyu Abdullahi Niyyas, described the establishment of the centre as a milestone for both parties and urged the community to ensure its sustainability.
The agreement is expected to strengthen collaboration between the College and the Bode Saadu Outreach Centre, with a focus on capacity building, mutual cooperation, and community-oriented initiatives
