Kwara Governor Launches Clearance Operations to Boost Security in Conflict Areas

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has initiated clearance operations by security forces to address conflicts and enhance public safety across the state. The announcement came during a security council meeting attended by top security commanders and government officials, including the secretary to the State Government and the Attorney General. Briefings from the police, Army, Navy, Air Force, NSCDC, and other security agencies detailed ongoing operations involving arrests, prosecutions, and the seizure of arms from hostile groups.
Governor AbdulRazaq praised the security personnel for their dedication and urged continued public support through timely and actionable intelligence. He emphasized the importance of vigilance and assured that the government would provide all necessary backing to ensure the safety of the people of Kwara State.
