Iyanya Announces New Album, U.S. Tour for Major Comeback
Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Iyanya has announced plans for a major comeback with the release of his fifth studio album and a tour of the United States. The singer revealed that the album will drop on September 12, 2025, ahead of a two-month tour scheduled for October and November.
The tour, titled “IYANYA: The Forester’s Son Tour,” will kick off in Brooklyn, New York, and make stops in several U.S. cities including Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, and North Carolina.
This marks Iyanya’s first American tour since 2019 and is expected to be his biggest yet, with additional shows reportedly in the works to strengthen his global comeback. Known for his hit single “Kukere,” the Afrobeats star is looking to reconnect with fans worldwide and re-establish his presence on the international stage.
