Kwara Central Senator Saliu Mustapha Resigns from APC

Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District, Saliu Mustapha, has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State.Mustapha announced his resignation in a statement, explaining that the decision followed weeks of consultations with stakeholders, supporters, constituents across Kwara Central and other well-meaning Kwarans over recent developments within the party.The senator expressed appreciation to the APC leadership, including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for the relationships and experiences he gained during his time in the party while assuring his constituents and supporters that his decision to leave the APC would not affect his commitment to serving the people of Kwara Central, Kwara State and Nigeria, maintaining that his political platform might change but his principles and purpose remain unchanged.
