KWARA-HMB Backs Assembly Bill to Criminalise Assaults on Health Workers

The Kwara State Hospitals Management Board has backed a bill by the State House of Assembly to criminalise assaults, threats and harassment of healthcare workers. The Board’s Executive Secretary, Dr Abdulraheem Malik, says the move will help protect health workers and improve healthcare delivery.
