The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has joined a high-level Study Mission on Promoting Evaluation of Investment and Impact Assessment for Economic Growth in Seoul from December 8–12, 2025.
On the first day, Sherifat Adegbesan, Special Assistant on Intergovernmental Affairs to the NOA Director General, delivered a presentation titled “Trust, Values, and Growth: The Economic Impact of Social Contract Fulfilment in Nigeria.” She highlighted the role of civic trust, value-based governance, and institutional accountability in driving inclusive economic development, citing Nigeria’s initiatives under the Nigerian Identity Project and the National Values Charter.
The Nigerian delegation includes senior NOA management: Mrs Ayisola Olowoyo (HR Director), Mr Kenneth Onyejepu (Procurement Director), Mr Sule Haruna (Finance & Accounts Director), and Adegbesan. Facilitated by the Korean Embassy in Nigeria, the mission provides a platform for Nigerian agencies to study Korea’s best practices in policy evaluation, impact assessment, and value-driven economic planning.
NOA’s involvement reflects its commitment to integrating governance reforms with national values and civic identity to support sustainable economic growth.
