Taylor Swift Dominates 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Miley Cyrus Honored with Innovator Award
Music superstar Taylor Swift emerged as the biggest winner at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, sweeping major categories including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for Life of a Showgirl, and Pop Song of the Year for The Fate of Ophelia.
The star-studded ceremony, held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles and hosted by Ludacris, recognized the biggest names and rising stars across genres, with performances by TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, Lainey Wilson, KATSEYE, and more.
Swift, who led the nominations with nine nods, also celebrated wins in Song of the Year (Alex Warren’s Ordinary) and Best Music Video (The Fate of Ophelia). “It’s an incredible feeling to be recognized by fans and peers alike,” Swift said during her acceptance speech.
Pop icon Miley Cyrus received the prestigious Innovator Award, marking her impact on music and pop culture while celebrating the 20th anniversary of Hannah Montana. John Mellencamp was honored with the Icon Award, and Ludacris received the Landmark Award.

The awards also featured fan-voted categories, celebrating social media trends, tour styles, and collaborations. Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour was named Favorite Tour Style, while Coldplay’s crowd cam moments won Favorite Tour Tradition. K-pop star j-hope won Favorite TikTok Dance for MONA LISA and Favorite K-pop Collab for Sweet Dreams featuring Miguel.
