Plateau School Collapse Deaths a Huge Loss to Nigeria — Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has expressed profound grief over the tragic collapse of a school building in Jos, Plateau State, which resulted in multiple deaths and left many others injured.
In a statement issued on Friday by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), President Tinubu described the incident as a significant loss to the nation and an unimaginable tragedy.
“The unfortunate incident is a huge loss to the nation, as well as a devastating development – too excruciating to imagine,” the President said. He extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, the families of all the victims, and the people and government of Plateau State.
President Tinubu praised the efforts of emergency responders, including the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), security agencies, and all citizens who participated in the search, rescue, and resuscitation operations.
Assuring the people of Plateau State of his unwavering support during this difficult time, President Tinubu emphasized the need for collective action to prevent such tragedies in the future.
