We have been able to assess some roads in bad conditions, and we are starting a massive repair in the State. Presently, our men are at Zion Plaza – Olusoji Avenue linking Alao Akala Expressway, doing repair works, “ he said.
We are looking at having an Oyo State with zero potholes, with clearly defined outcomes of smooth roads, that will aid our socio-economic development,” Ogunlade said.
Moreover, Mr. Ogunlade praised Governor Seyi Makinde for promptly approving the road repairs, highlighting the agency’s prioritization of this road due to its severe state of disrepair. He pointed out that fixing this road, which serves as the residence area of Senator Teslim Folarin, the governor’s main opposition in the last general election, will positively impact local businesses and transportation in the vicinity.
