Ogun state Governor Commits to Upholding MKO Abiola’s Legacy

Governor Dapo Abiodun has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to upholding the legacy of late Chief Kashimawo Olawale Abiola, describing him as a visionary leader dedicated to the unity and progress of Nigeria.

While acknowledging the contributions of President Bola Tinubu towards national development, Governor Abiodun urged Nigerians to pray for the continued progress and prosperity of the country. He highlighted the importance of commemorating Abiola’s legacy and expressed gratitude to both the state and federal governments for their consistent recognition of the late MKO Abiola’s contributions to the nation.

Ameen Abiola, speaking on behalf of the Abiola family, expressed appreciation to the government for honoring his father’s memory and for preserving the heritage of the Abiola family. He thanked both the Ogun State government and the Federal government for their efforts in celebrating his father’s legacy and ensuring his contributions are not forgotten.
