Nigeria Secures Visa-Free Travel Arrangement with St. Kitts and Nevis

The Republic of St. Kitts and Nevis has announced a new visa-free travel agreement with Nigeria, marking a significant milestone in strengthening diplomatic, economic, and cultural relations between the two nations.
The agreement allows citizens of both countries to travel without visas, reflecting a deepening partnership aimed at fostering mobility, tourism, and mutual understanding.
The Executive Chairman of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of St. Kitts and Nevis, His Excellency Calvin St. Juste, revealed the development during a visit to Nigeria, describing it as a major step toward enhancing cooperation between the twin-island nation and Africa’s largest economy.
The new policy is part of broader efforts by both countries to expand bilateral relations beyond trade and investment. Nigeria has recently become one of the fastest-growing investor markets for the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment programme, with an increasing number of Nigerians seeking dual citizenship to facilitate business expansion, education, and global access.
The government of St. Kitts and Nevis said the agreement underscores its commitment to building strategic partnerships founded on stability, opportunity, and shared prosperity.
