Kwara Govt Begins Reconstruction of Ita Amoh–Gaa Saka–Madi Road

The Kwara State Government has commenced the reconstruction of the Ita Amoh–Gaa Saka–Madi Road in Ilorin West Local Government Area, one of the busiest commercial routes in the state.
The rehabilitation project, initiated under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, has entered its first phase, which involves the removal of the failed surface layer in readiness for the placement of new base layers and asphalt.
Upon completion, the project is expected to ease vehicular movement, improve road user comfort, and boost local economic activities in the area.
Over the past six years, Governor AbdulRazaq has prioritised infrastructure renewal, investing in the reconstruction and expansion of road networks across the state as part of his rural-urban development agenda.
Residents and road users have expressed satisfaction with the commencement of the project, noting its potential to improve connectivity and enhance commercial activities in the locality.
