Kwara Governor Receives 23 Abductees Freed by Nigerian Army

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Tuesday received 23 abductees rescued by the Nigerian Army following a coordinated military operation. Handed over at the 22 Armoured Brigade Headquarters in Ilorin, the governor commended the military for their bravery and lauded the synergy among security agencies in combating banditry and kidnapping. He assured the victims of government support for their rehabilitation and announced plans to deploy forest guards after the military’s clean-up operations to sustain peace and enable farmers to return safely to their lands.
