Kwara Governor Extends Condolences to Katsina Following Kankara Attacks

Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has expressed his deep condolences to Governor Dikko Umar Radda and the people of Katsina State following the tragic terrorist attacks in Kankara Local Government Area.
The attacks, which resulted in the loss of lives, including four policemen, have been strongly condemned by Governor AbdulRazaq. In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Governor denounced the violence as unjustified and a grave violation of humanity.
“The cowardly attacks on innocent citizens and security operatives represent the highest level of cruelty and crimes against humanity,” Governor AbdulRazaq stated. Expressing concern over the brazenness of the perpetrators, the Governor emphasized the need for collective efforts in combating such acts of violence.
He reiterated his solidarity with the government, security forces, and the people of Katsina during this challenging period.
“We stand by the government, the security forces, and the good people of Katsina at this trying time,” the Governor affirmed. “We ask Allah to forgive the victims and comfort their families. We are confident that the security agencies will pursue and bring to justice those responsible for these heinous crimes against humanity.”
The statement, issued by Rafiu Ajakaye, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, reflects the solidarity and support extended by Kwara State to Katsina in the aftermath of the tragic events in Kankara.
