Kwara Governor Approves Digital Medical Records for Public Hospitals
The Kwara State Government is set to introduce Electronic Medical Records across state-owned hospitals under the HOPE-PHC Project, following approval by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq. The initiative, being implemented through the Kwara State Hospitals Management Board, will enhance patient information management and healthcare administration, with staff training scheduled to begin in November 2026.
