Kano government files new Charges Against Abdullahi Ganduje
The Kano State Government has filed a new charge against Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All-Progressives Congress (APC) and former governor of the state, along with the former Commissioner for Justice, Musa Lawan.
The state government alleges criminal conspiracy and misappropriation, offenses contrary to Section 308 and punishable under Section 309 of the Penal Code (as amended) CAP 105, Vol. 2, Laws of Kano State, Nigeria.
The charges also accuse Lawan of abuse of office under Section 97 and Section 315 of the same Penal Code.
The state government intends to present four witnesses, although no date has been set for the arraignment.
