FG, states, councils share record N3tn in July

The Federal Government, 36 states and 774 local government councils shared a record N3.007tn from the Federation Account in July 2026, the highest monthly FAAC allocation on record. A statement issued by the Director of Press and Public Relations in the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, Bawa Mokwa, said the increase was driven by stronger statutory revenue.
