Dortmund’s Reus Unfazed by Madrid’s Favourite Status Ahead of UCL Final
As the anticipation builds for Saturday’s Champions League final between Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid, Dortmund forward Marco Reus has made it clear that he is unfazed by Madrid’s status as favourites.
“Sure, Real Madrid is the favourite. But I don’t care,” he said “The role of the favourite doesn’t decide who wins the game.”
Heading into the clash at Wembley Stadium, Dortmund finds themselves in the underdog position against the formidable Madrid side. However, Reus, who experienced defeat in the 2013 final against Bayern Munich at the same venue, remains undeterred by the odds.
With their sights set on redemption, Reus and his teammates are prepared to defy expectations and create their own destiny on the pitch.
