While the scope of the tariffs remains unclear, particularly regarding United States studios filming abroad or streaming platforms the move has sparked concern among key film-producing countries like Australia and New Zealand as The announcement adds to Trump’s broader tariff strategy, which has disrupted global trade and strained relations with China, prompting retaliatory measures and uncertainty across various industries, including entertainment and technology.
