Northern Governors Mourn Passing of Katsina Governor’s Mother
The Northern Governors Forum has expressed its condolences to the Katsina State Governor Dikko Umar Radda over the passing of his mother, Safara’u Umaru Baribari, who died at 93. In a statement by his media aide, forum chairman, and Gombe State Governor Inuwa Yahaya described her as an upright woman devoted to Allah and service to humanity as he acknowledged her wisdom and guidance, which will be greatly missed while urging Governor Radda and his family to uphold her legacy of integrity and good character.
