Nigerian artist Falz Questions Legality of State of Emergency in Rivers State

Nigerian artist and activist Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz has criticized the recent state of emergency declared in Rivers State, questioning its legality and necessity. He argued that there is no constitutional provision allowing a president to suspend an elected governor, emphasizing that removal can only occur through impeachment.
