Niger State govermnent Announces Plans for Inclusive Investment Summit in 2025
The Niger State Government has announced plans to host an inclusive Investment Summit in 2025, aimed at attracting investments in sectors such as sports, renewable energy, and the environment. The summit, directed by Governor Mohammed Umar Bago, will focus on fostering growth and development in these key areas as the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment, and Private Sector Development is working on an implementation strategy to ensure the summit’s success, alongside preparations for the 2025 Niger State Trade Fair starting on May 20. Additionally, the state is compiling a comprehensive guide to past investment negotiations and developing a robust investment policy to attract and guide investors.
