March 17, 2025

The Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU) has given the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) a seven-day ultimatum to address workers’ welfare concerns and allegations of labor leader victimization. NASU General Secretary, Prince Peters Adeyemi, announced at a press briefing in Lagos that failure to meet their four-point demand would result in the closure of all WAEC offices nationwide starting Monday, March 24.
