Lady Gaga is facing a lawsuit from a surfboard company named Lost International, which claims she had improperly used its “Mayhem” logo design for her latest album as they alleged that Gaga’s restyled version is nearly identical and they are seeking payment for damages including profits from the design as Gaga’s attorney dismissed the lawsuit as baseless, attributing it to her album’s massive success. Released on March 7, Mayhem debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, topped the charts in 21 countries, and featured hit singles like Disease and Die With A Smile.
