Kwara TESCOM Invites 180 Applicants for Teacher Recruitment Interview
The Kwara State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to protecting young girls from child marriage through legal enforcement and empowerment initiatives. Mr. Kayode Alabi, the Deputy Governor of Kwara state, during a meeting with the National Coalition of Civil Society to End Child Marriage in Nigeria, emphasized the dangers of early marriage on girls’ mental well-being and future aspirations as he assured the coalition of the government’s readiness to collaborate through the Ministry of Social Development and implement policies safeguarding girls’ rights.
