Kwara Governor Sends Christmas Greetings to the Christian Community

Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has extended his warm congratulations to the Christian community on the occasion of Christmas.

In a message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, on December 24, 2024, the governor described Christmas as a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, an event of great significance in human history. He noted that the season symbolizes the light of God shining upon the world.

Governor Abdulrazaq encouraged the people of Kwara State to reflect on the lessons of Christmas and allow its message of love, peace, and compassion to guide their lives and interactions with others.

“As we mark this season, may the lessons of Christmas inspire us to live in harmony and extend kindness to our fellow humans,” he said.

The governor concluded his message with prayers for a joyous and blessed festive season for all.
