During the launch, Oyawoye unveiled House 12 Workspaces and Lifestyle Limited, a state-of-the-art hub designed to meet the needs of remote workers, startups, students, creatives, and event organizers.
The facility offers shared workspaces, meeting rooms for professional workshops, and an event hall accommodating up to 200 guests for corporate and social events.
Oyawoye described the workspace as a haven for innovation and collaboration, aimed at fostering growth among individuals and businesses in Ilorin.
