Governor AbdulRazaq meets Chief of Army Staff Over Rising Insecurity in Kwara.
Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq recently met with the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Olatubosun Oluyede, in Ilorin to discuss security challenges posed by non-state actors in parts of Kwara North and South. The meeting followed the governor’s security assessment tour in Kaiama and highlighted his ongoing commitment to maintaining peace across the state. Additionally, The Chief of Army Staff also commended the governor for his consistent support, including recent donations of vehicles and motorcycles to the Nigerian Army, and assured full cooperation in tackling security threats and restoring stability to affected areas.
