Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has joined the academic community in celebrating Sanusi Akanbi Kazeem, a 400-level mathematics student of the University of Ilorin, who recently completed a marathon 31-hour, 42-minute, and 54-second mathematics lesson. Kazeem’s effort, once verified by Guinness World Records, could earn him the title for the longest mathematics instruction, surpassing the current 26-hour record. The Governor described Kazeem’s feat as a display of brilliance, resilience, and an inspiring can-do spirit. He also extended congratulations to Kazeem’s family, tutors, and the University of Ilorin for the remarkable achievement, adding that the student’s story is a reminder to young people that greatness lies in seizing opportunities with determination.
