Fire Razes FIIRO Office in Lagos, Millions Lost in Property Damage
A fire outbreak has gutted the Federal Institute of Industrial Research (FIIRO) office in Oshodi, Lagos, near Cappa Bus Stop, causing extensive damage to property worth millions of naira.
Emergency responders, including personnel from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service and the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA), are on the scene working to contain the fire.
Speaking to reporters, a LASEMA official disclosed that the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
