Federal Road Safety Corps Denies Ongoing Recruitment, Cautions Against Scams
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has issued a warning regarding fake online publications claiming that the agency is currently conducting a recruitment exercise.
In a statement released on Friday by the Assistant Corps Marshal and Corps Public Education Officer, Olusegun Ogungbemide, the FRSC dismissed these reports as false and urged the public to disregard them. The statement clarified that the Corps is not recruiting at the moment, nor is there any ongoing recruitment process.
The Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, emphasized that the FRSC has no immediate plans for recruitment and assured the public that all recruitment activities within the agency are carried out transparently and announced through official channels.
Furthermore , the FRSC also warned the public about potential scams related to the fake recruitment claims, cautioning individuals not to engage with those promoting such offers as the agency made it clear that it would not be held liable for any losses incurred by people who fall victim to these fraudulent schemes.
