Federal Government Reaffirms Commitment to Human Rights in Business Operations
The Federal Government has assured its commitment to strengthening access to justice, promoting transparency in business operations, and empowering communities to actively participate in decisions that affect their lives and livelihoods.
The Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Prince Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, gave the assurance while declaring open a two-day national dialogue on business and human rights in Abuja as the event highlighted Nigeria’s progress in embedding human rights in its business environment and its collaboration with international partners to ensure responsible business conduct.
