Eight Dead, 17 Injured in Stabbing Outside Eastern China School
At least eight people were killed, and 17 others injured in a stabbing attack outside the Wuxi Yixing Arts and Crafts Vocational and Technical College in eastern China on Saturday evening.
Local authorities confirmed that the assailant, a 21-year-old former student of the institution, was arrested at the scene. The attack took place around 6:30 p.m. local time (10:30 GMT).
Police revealed that the suspect attacked expressing anger over his inability to obtain a diploma due to poor exam results and dissatisfaction with his internship pay.
