D’banj Announces Joint Tour with 2Baba and Timaya
Veteran Afrobeats artist D’banj has announced plans for a joint music tour with fellow Nigerian stars 2Baba and Timaya, marking a return to the stage for the trio who helped shape the genre’s global rise.
Speaking in an interview with newsmen, D’banj reflected on Afrobeats’ journey from a niche West African sound to a dominant global force, crediting the passion of artists, industry leaders, and strong support from the African diaspora.
