2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers: Slavia Prague Defender Igho Ogbu Joins Super Eagles Provisional Squad
Czech club Slavia Prague has celebrated Igho Ogbu’s first-ever invitation to the Nigerian senior national team after he was named in the 39-man provisional squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe. The 25-year-old defender, who previously represented Nigeria at the U-20 level, was part of the Flying Eagles squad for the 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Niger and the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland.
